Smt. Latha Edavalath is the Principal of Lasya college of Fine Arts. She is a post graduate degree holder the dance forms Bharathanatyam, Mohiniattam and Kuchupudi at Kerala Kalamandalam.

She has composed, choreographed and staged several dance dramas; has won many laurels such as Natyacharya Siromani award U S A, K.N. Pisharody Medal of Kerala Kalamandalam, Sunanda Chakraborty Gold Medal of I K S University, Vocational Excellence Award of Rotary International, Pratibhanam award, Gurupooja award etc. As artist of Dooradarshan Kerala she performed in Ujjain Kumbhamela. She participated in Soorya festival with Kerala Kalamandalam, and had conducted Bharatanatyam workshop for two months in Boston, USA, in 2011 and had choreographed and performed over the world.

Among the classical dance performances, she has composed, choreographed and presented both within and outside Kerala are ‘Karuna’, Ganga, ‘The Song of the Red Soil,Pulijaqnmam , ‘Ashtapadi’ [Geetha Govindam] ‘Navarasangal’, Bhoomija , ‘Kurukshetra’and Madhavam .

Presently she has finished research on similarities between Theyyam and Bharathanatyam. She has many disciples all over the world. She has written and published a book about Bharathanatyam entitled “Bharathanatya Darsanam”.She has also published several articles on natyasastra in contemporary journals and magazines.

A reputed Bharathanatyam exponent . She is an expert in yoga too. She has received several national and international honours. She also serves as a board member in many Indian universities.

Shri. K.Ramachandran took his Master Degree in English Literature with teaching as an Optional Subject , from University of Kerala in 1970 and then aPost Graduate Diploma in ‚Ecology and Environment ‚ from the National Institute of Ecology and Environment, New Delhi . A committed social and environmental activist and freelance writer, who authored edited and translated many books in both English and Malayalam.

A reputed dance critic and art- columnist at the national level. Formerly, Professor and Head of the Post Graduate Department of Physics , Christ College ,Irinjalakkuda. He has published many articles on Indian classical art forms which drew world wide attention and acknowledgement.

Mathangi Sathyamurthy is areputed musician who has performed all over world and is a strict follower of the traditional style of carnatic music trained under Sri.K.S Subramoniam of Chembai family Tiruvanaicoil.
